This project focused on developing a fully original wine brand and designing a professional wine label that felt authentic, cohesive, and market-ready. The assignment combined branding, packaging design, and visual storytelling, requiring the creation of a complete identity through typography, imagery, composition, and color. The goal was to create a label that not only represented the personality of the wine itself, but also felt convincing enough to exist as a real product within the luxury wine market.
For my wine label design, I wanted to create a brand that felt elegant, feminine, and visually refined. Since I am naturally drawn to floral imagery, I chose florals as the central element of the design and built the brand identity around them. After selecting the image, I wanted to use, I edited the coloring and layered textures to create a richer, more elevated appearance. Typography became a major part of the branding process, so I selected a sophisticated serif typeface and repeated it throughout the label in different ways by adjusting scale, spacing, and placement to create visual hierarchy while maintaining cohesion. I paid close attention to every detail; including the company name, wine title, borders, and overall layout, with the goal of making the final product feel believable as a real luxury wine brand. The double border detail was added as a finishing touch to reinforce the polished and elegant atmosphere of the design.
